Tasting note
Floral Sicilian Merlot, a mouthful of bilberries and cherries enveloped in the perfume of toasty vanilla as well as those flowers.
Vinification
Harvested at the end of August, the grapes were destemmed and crushed before spending 14 days macerating on the skins in stainless steel fermenters. After racking, the wine was aged for 12 months in Allier oak barrels.
