Tasting note
Mouthwatering Portuguese white, herbaceous and filled with apples and grapefruit, with the classic refreshing hint of spritz.
Viticulture
From vines planted on granitic soils, mostly using single cordon (known in Portugal as cordão simples) with some pruned using the Silvóz training system. Planted at a density of 1,670 vines per hectare. Harvesting is by hand.
Vinification
The grapes pressed at low pressure to retain delicate aromatics of the fruit. Fermentation is in stainless tanks with temperature control ( 12 to 14ºC) over three weeks.

Grilled sardines, most salads.
