Tasting note

Viticulture
Siklós is a village in Villány, Hungary, which is renowned for red wines. Cabernet Franc thrives in warm sun, clay soils, yielding deep wines, silky tannins. Elevated Siklós enjoys refreshing winds, balancing warmth for a vibrant touch.
Vinification
After rigorous fruit selection, the grapes are gently crushed and briefly cold soaked in stainless steel tanks. 28-day total maceration in the tank to preserve the character of Cabernet Franc. Aged for 17 months in new and used French oak barrels.
