Tasting note
Glorious, expansive South African Viognier, exuding apricot, marzipan and rose petal, with leaves of rosemary and a crumbling of toast.
Vinification
The grapes are de-stalked, crushed, pressed, settled and then fermented in 2nd/3rd fill barrels french oak barrels. Fermentation is controlled at 15-16 degrees.

A perfect accompaniment with buttery fish dishes, bouillabaisse and mildly spicy dishes.
