Viticulture
Farvie' vineyards on ironstone gravel hilltops over Frankland River yield wines with unique ferrous notes, a hallmark of top Frankland River fruit. Swinney's bush vine viticulture is a labor of love, crafting site-specific fruit. Handwork and patience pay off, despite lower yield and greater effort.
Vinification
Artistry in Every Sip: Farvie Grenache, sourced exclusively from select bush vines in Frankland River. Hand-harvested for perfect ripeness, three-pass selection. Co-fermented with Mourvèdre for depth. Spontaneous fermentation, 10 days on skins, 11 months in seasoned French oak. Bottled with care, minimal sulfites, no fining. Pure, unfiltered excellence.
