Tasting note
Straw yellow with green reflections. Clean and bright. The nose offers mineral and balsamic aromas, alongside floral scents. A powerful entry in the mouth with freshness. Well-structured and balanced, featuring white fruit and mineral notes. Silky texture from lees work adds an unctuous touch.
Viticulture
Mara Moura is made from a selection of high altitude Godello vineyards from the D.O. Monterrei, with schist soils.
Vinification
It is made with grapes from a selection of high altitude vineyards with shale soils. It perfoms an alcoholic fermentation at low temperature and a bagonnage twice a week. A small percentage of treixadura is incorporated into the wine. The result is a fresh wine.
