Domaine Mabillot

Domaine Mabillot is a small ten-hectare estate run by two brothers, Matthieu and Renaud. With work experience at Lynch-Bages and in the Napa and Barossa Valleys, Matthieu took over from his father Alain several years back and he has now been joined by his brother Renaud. Together, they have increased the size of the estate from Alain’s three hectares to its current ten hectares. Reuilly is a small appellation that offers incredible styles of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir with real Loire typicity, but at an accessible price point. Given the size of the appellation, much of the winemaking operates on a cooperative level and they use the services of a winery called a ‘chai’.
