Stargazer

Stargazer – brainchild of winemaker Samantha Connew – pays tribute to Abel Tasman, an explorer and navigator who spent much of his time gazing towards the heavens. Tasman, a Dutchman under the employ of the United East India Company, was the first European to sight Tasmania, and then the South Island of New Zealand 19 days later. Samantha, a gifted innovator in her own right, fell in love with the Island and the mystery surrounding it, and after only four vintages she gained five-star recognition from James Halliday, including the 2015 vintage.
