Vignerons des Terres Secrètes

Vignerons des Terres Secrètes, or ‘winegrowers from the Secret Lands,’ is a group of producers from southern Burgundy. Located in the Mâconnais, they produce excellent wines from the best terroirs of the rolling, sun-washed landscape of the Mâconnais region. Vignerons des Terres Secrètes are certified ‘Vignerons engagés,’ which is a French sustainable wine growing certification governed by the following guidelines: protection of the environment; a recycling scheme; a quality traceability scheme from the vine to the glass; and ensuring producers are paid fairly. ‘Vignerons Engagés’ also supports local initiatives including the refurbishment of old buildings, to protect the region’s history and legacy.
