Viticulture
The location of the vineyards are Calosso d’Asti, Santo Stefano Belbo, Treiso, Serralunga d'Alba and Alba. The hillsides’ vineyards are in particularly fine positions with clayey marl-rich soil. Vine are trained with the guyot system with a density of 4.500 plants/ha.
Vinification
The famous Italian D.O.C.G. sweet sparkling wine is crafted by gentle whole grape pressing. Must is fined, filtered, then fermented in pressure tanks using Charmat method at low temp. Best enjoyed young for remarkable freshness. Ready shortly after bottling due to special techniques
Food Match
Very enjoyable at any time, it is also a perfect match for many sweets, especially fine, delicately-flavoured desserts. Outstanding with fruit.
