Viticulture
Double guyot trained vines on clay limestone soils. Machine harvested grapes from old vines. Traditional methods of viticulture
Vinification
Maturing in cement and stainless steel temperature controlled vats for 45 days. Made at relatively cool temperatures in order to retain as much pure fruit as possible. Fined with egg whites and filtered.
Food Match
A great accompaniment to sticky grilled duck breast or slow cooked pork.
