Tasting note
Honeysuckle, wet stone, fresh olive oil and hazelnut aromas. On the palate the wine is textured and layered with orange blossom, hazelnut and lemon pith flavours.
Vinification
Whole bunch pressed. Clear juice racked to oak for fermentation. 100% barrel fermented in 2 year old barrels and aged on lees for 9 months.

Soba noodles with tempura prawns.
